Rehab Day 3-7

I did 35 minutes of cardio on day 3 and then I rested up for the rest of the weekend.... I needed it and I feel 100% now and I'm ready to push it!! I've decided to finish out with doubles, so I will do 3 extra cardio workouts per week.

Great job! You ready for some serious workouts. Take care of the deltoids though.
