So.. Today was supposed to be my stretch day.. and the start of a week of just doing HIIT Training and I did wake up with that in mind. The only problem is that I was trying to carry an empty Champange bottle, 2 empty champange flutes and a glass of water down the stairs... and I missed the first step. I went tumbling down the stairs, the glass with the water in it went flying (throwing water every where), my back hit every step (leaving a piece of skin on each one) and the heel of my foot went straight thru the wall.
That said.. I didn't do much for the rest of the day but take pain meds and try to relax. If I didn't need a rehab week before, I certainly need one now!!
