Day 32 - Legs and Back

I guess it was just a matter of time before I had to type this.... I'm injured and it SUCKS AZZ!! The other day I blogged about how different the pull ups are doing them on a real pull up bar, as opposed to the thing I use at home. Now, I realize the difference... At home, I don't trust that it will hold my full weight, so I always use a chair so it is MUCH easier to do tons of pull ups. The other day I was only able to do half as many on the real pull up bar, but today, I wanted to really BRING IT, so I went all out for it. In doing that, I pulled something in my shoulder and I'm in some pretty decent pain right now when I lift my arm. I'm going to rest it for the weekend, so instead of doing Kenpo tomorrow, I'll go do HIIT and abs again.

I had a great workout today outside of that. Instead of working out with the video, I took the spreadsheet to the gym and went thru them in order. I was actually able to keep my heart rate up higher than when I do it with the video. I'm really hoping I didn't do any major damage to my shoulder. I'll keep you posted!!
