Well... surprise, surprise!! All of the paranoya I had about having to switch up my week was for nothing. I was able to get this workout in on time and I actually learned something very valuable. The exercise room here has dumbbells and a nautilus machine with multiple pull up bars, so I was finally able to do some for real pull ups instead of the bs ones that I do with that bar in my door frame. What I learned was that using a true pull up bar is SOOOOOOOOO much harder. I was only able to do half as many pull ups as I'm able to do at home.
I thought I'd be able to take my laptop to the exercise room to follow along with it, but this stupid computer doesn't have a true dvd player software package.. and I didn't have time to download one. I ended up having to write down each of the exercises and I did them in the proper sequence. I tried to keep my intensity up, but I ended up pressing thru without as many breaks as they give on the video. I had my trusty heart rate monitor on, so I was sure I was Bringing It!! I got a great pump in my arms and back, but I now want to get a power tower for my home to get the true benefits of the pull ups. Also, if anyone knows of a good abs program, let me know. I'm going to have to find replacement exercises for the fifer scissors, heels to the heavens and hip rock/raise. I hate having this pain in my lower back.
Also.. if anyone has taken a look at that new program, Intensity (from the hip hop abs guy), let me know what you think of it.

I was able to put the videos on my ipod to do workouts in the gym. However, I found that I wouldn't need to look at the video because I knew the routines. What I found is that I would just listen to the ipod and use the audio to keep pace.
Anyway, your heart rate monitor is problem a better indicator since Tony talks too much.
Anyhow, great job on the workout.
Insanity, it's called. All cardio, and absolutely insane. I think it would get boring after a while, the workouts seem very similar, but imagine P90X Plyo without the breaks, without the little chats that Tony does to give you more little breaks in between, and that's Insanity.
Loving the blog, Hurt.
Cheers, Jim.
Thanks guys!
