Day 29 - Plyo X and ARX

I have to say that I love this little hotel up here... it has everything I need to maintain my P90X intensity!!! I got up this morning and popped the DVD in the player and knocked out Plyo. I had enough room to jump around and do all of the crazy exercises and I'm on the first floor so no one could complain about it! When I was done, I had my fat-free choc milk for the recovery drink and then I cooked my egg whites w/cheese and turkey bacon in the room!

At lunch, the company that I'm up in Boston taking the class from is an ultra healthy place and they served Kale green w/potato soup for lunch along with some type of baked cod with red peppers! I drank a ton of water so the restroom trips are FREQUENT.. to the point I may have to cut back a bit on the water.

I brought my snacks along, so I had my Muscle Milk shake, turkey jerky and chocolate covered almonds. They have tempting snacks in this place but I've resisted well.

For dinner, I got to PF Chang's and had Orange Peel shrimp w/brown rice and a nice glass of Pinot Noir! :-)

I got back to the hotel and did the ARX and I realized something. I'm not getting the same reduction in my waist this time around because I haven't been doing ARX as often as has been because some of the exercises hurt my back. I'm thinking that all of the lower back exercises are the culprits. I'm going to have to figure that out because I do want the ab definition.
