Day 27 - 30 day results day...

So.. my results after 30 days are decent, but not as good, photogenically, as I would have thought they'd be. I've lost nearly 20lbs this first 30 days and I feel like I look a million times better than I did a month ago. I'm posting pics that to me look about the same, but I do have to remember that the pants I had on in the first pics are a size 42 and the second pics are a size 38 (and they are starting to be a bit baggy now). It's amazing to me how I seem to lose my butt before other things melt off. I also took my measurements and they weren't as well as I thought they'd be either. Oh well.. I guess that means I need to tighten it down for this second phase to get to where I want to be. I've done about 85-90% of where I wanted to be on the diet, but I need 110% in order to get there...

So.. here are the measurements:

Day 1:
neck: 17.75
chest: 49
arms: 19.5
waist: 45.5
hips: 47.5
thigh: 27

Day 30:
neck: 17 (-.75 in)
chest: 47.5 (-1.5 in)
arms: 19 (-.5 in)
waist: 44 (42.5 this morning when I took it) (-3 in)
hips: 48 (+.5 in)
thigh: 26 (-1 in)


So.. here are the pics...








Again.. not fab results.. but decent. I need to bring it more. I've decided since I'm out of town next week, my schedule will be as follows:
Mon - Chest, Tri's, Shoulders
Tues - Plyo (or Interval X +)
Wed - Kenpo X
Thur - Yoga X
Fri - Legs, Back
Sat - Stretch
Sun - Biceps and Back

I will get back on track the following week. My rationale for the schedule is that way I don't have to worry about not having bands or a pull up bar while I'm out of town. I'm also going to probably do doubles all week since I will have the time. So that will include cardio sprint cycles in the evening.. Wish me luck!!!

Big don't HURT em! You can tell a differene in those pictures! Good job on the 20lbs weight loss. Do you have a goal weight at all? Keep it up!

Thanks man!! My wife said she can see a difference in those pics, but I don't. It's weird because when I look in the mirror, it looks much better than what comes out on the pic. Oh well...

I don't really have a weight goal anymore. I used to say I wanted to get down to 230 or so.. but right now, I just want to get my waist down to 34-35 inches and maintain that. The weight will be what it is. I know I carry a lot of muscle underneath all that blubber, so that will have my weight up anyway. Low bodyfat is where it's at for me! 10%!
